the recipe does not indicate the sour cream that you mention in your video. Nor does it mention the extra flour that goes into the cheesecake part. Which is accurate?
Hello Anonymous,, the recipe calls for 1 cup sour cream to be added after the cream cheese, sugar and 3 tablespoons of flour have been mixed together. After that the eggs are beaten in one at a time. thanks for asking, I want everyone to enjy this cheesecake as much as my family does!
Cheesecake overflowed the pan while baking. My recipe did not reference the extra flour for the batter nor the sour cream. I copied and pasted it from a pop up. The cake is still in the oven and looks like a mess.Very disappointed.Carmine
